Shipping Policy

Shipping is via United States Postal Service (USPS)

PROCESSING TIME: All jewelry is made to order and shipped via USPS. Processing Time may take up to 1-2 weeks after your order is placed. 

PRIORITY MAIL vs. FIRST CLASS MAIL: Priority Mail is insured - if your package is lost you are able to file a claim for lost, damaged or missing goods. First Class Mail is not insured - if your package gets lost in the mail you won't be able to file a claim or be compensated for missing goods. Tracking information is provided for both shipping methods. 

 

LOST, STOLEN, UNDELIVERED OR DAMAGED ITEMS BY CARRIER:

Please note Delicate Findings is Not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Undelivered or Damaged Items by USPS and incorrect addresses listed at the time of purchase.  If you would like to obtain insurance for your shipment via USPS, contact us prior to order placement.  If a package is tracked as delivered, but has not been received, please contact your local post office to investigate. Refunds are not issued to Lost, Stolen, Undelivered or Damaged items by USPS.

 

MISSING, INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If a shipment is received with missing, incorrect or defective merchandise please notify Delicate Findings  via email within 3 days of receipt. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. All defective returns must be in new and unworn condition.
